Our Levantine roots

In Jordan, coffee is never a mere transaction; it is an open invitation. We brought the slow, cardamom-scented hospitality of Amman's stone-walled cafes to Michigan, creating a warm third-space built for lingering conversation and genuine community.

The Ritual

Amman to Michigan

Our traditional Arabic coffee is brewed slowly in copper dallah pots over hot sand, allowing the freshly ground cardamom and spices to settle perfectly. We honor the ancient Levant by pouring every cup to the brim for our guests.

Every textured arch, soft terracotta hue, and stone facade in our space recalls the sunlit hills of Amman, offering metro Detroit locals a quiet, sensory sanctuary away from the fast-paced American rush.

▸ Our Vision

A slow third-space

We replace the transactional drive-thru run with a communal living room designed for connection. Here, guests gather over warm knafeh and flaky pistachio baklava, sharing sweet moments that bridge cultures and generations in Metro Detroit.

The Promise

Your seat is always waiting. Stay as long as you like, converse freely, and enjoy the slow, restorative rhythm of authentic Levantine hospitality.
